Our Company History

The Executive Suite concept has been around the Houston area for quite some time and our founders began to notice that many of the available executive suites at the time were not putting together high-quality space with short-term Agreements. When Skyline first opened its doors to in the spring of 2000, we had a mission to give small and large businesses a flexible, short term office space solution without compromising the quality and prestige of the work environment. We understood that there is no substitute for high-quality space because it helps our clients remain productive as well as preserves long lasting relationships between our clients and their customers. We also believed that we could break away from the conventional long-term lease agreements which plague commercial office space without compromising the quality of the products and services required when building a strong business. Thus, the path for Skyline was born and our service has been open and serving many memorable clients since the turn of the 21st century. We love to help our clients outperform in the Houston market place and we are happy that we can help provide the foundation for their success in the future. Skyline Executive Suites is a privately owned and operated, luxury shared workspace environment that specializes in top of the line amenities, services, security and access for our clientele. In order to maintain the integrity and image within our suite, we have spared no expense on every one of our products and services and recently completed $500,000 in renovations in 2016. Our goal is to provide our clients with the professional image and services required in today’s business environment and we have serviced businesses sizing anywhere from one-person startups to fortune 500 companies requiring 30+ workspaces.
