Conference Facilities

Skyline has three different conference facilities including one large, one medium and one small conference facility. Our large, medium and small conference facilities each seat 22 people, 14 people and 6 to 8 people respectively. Each of our state-of-the-art conference facilities are available during week days from 8:30 to 5:00 pm and are available to office clients, virtual office clients and new clients on request. Simply call the front desk to book an appointment or sign up via our website!
Our conference facilities are cleaned and maintained daily and allow clients quick and efficient access to a professional meeting room. Our facilities will consistently be placed into an organized and presentable fashion for any meeting you need scheduled. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure we provide clients and customers the best experience possible. Each of our Corporate Identity Packages and Office Suites will have access to the suites’ conference facilities and can easily book through our receptionist. We also have hourly/daily rates for any clients who need additional conference facility hour usage or why may not be signed up for a package and want to book a conference facility anyways. Access

Here at Skyline we know that business never sleeps and in order to help meet our clients’ expectations, we have 24/7 access through key cards. Although our staff leaves during the evenings and on weekends, we allow our clients to access their individual suites on the floor through these keycard access points.

We also understand that many clients are worried that other people may be able to access the suite while they are out of the suite since we service a wide variety of businesses with different work schedules. We tell our clients not to worry because while everyone has 24/7 access to the suite, you must have a key card to access the suite after hours and all of our entrances and exits are camera surveilled 24/7/365. On top of that, the building also has 24/7 on-site security to ensure the safety and ease any concerns. Lastly, each office will have a specific key and no other clients will have access to your specific office suite!

Location

We found that convenience is key when catering to clients and that is why we chose to be in the heart of the Energy Corridor off of the corner of Kirkwood and Interstate-10. Real Estate is all about location, location, location and with instant access to major thoroughfares such as Interstate-10 and Beltway 8, our clients and their customers can easily navigate to and from the facility. Also, at peak points of traffic, an off-duty police officer will be there to give our clients right-of-way out of the facility and safely on their way back home.
